Delete Account

You can delete your Sundus account and all associated data at any time.
1. Delete from within the app (recommended)
Open the Sundus app → "Profile" tab → Account settings → "Delete Account" → confirm deletion.
Deletion happens immediately and permanently through these steps — no need to contact us.
2. What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Your profile data (name, the email address linked to your account)
- Your Hajj and Umrah journey progress
- Your checklist and completed-item state
- Your bookmarks and other account-linked preferences
This action is permanent and cannot be undone — we do not retain a copy of your data after deletion.
3. If you no longer have the app installed
If you'd like to delete your account without opening the app, email us from the address linked to your account at hello@sundus.app with a clear request to delete your account. We will process the request and delete your data within 30 days at most.
